Q – How do I edit an order that has already been placed?
A- There are two methods to edit an already placed order. 1.) If you want to reduce the quantities, you can login and go to your orders, and Cancel the existing order and place a new order with reduced quantities. If you want to add additional quantities, you can place a new order. Or 2.) You can send an email to Admin@potluck.westendbuddhist.org and an Admin can edit your order.
Q – How do I change the Collection Location after placing an order?
A – You need to either Cancel the order and re-enter the same order with the new location, or send an email to Admin@potluck.westendbuddhist.org with the request. An Admin will attend to the request.
Q – I placed an order via phone to an Order Pick-up Location. Do I need to place the order Online too?
A – No. If you would order via phone and placed the same order online, it will duplicate the order. Therefore, only place an order with a single channel.
Q – Can I place multiple orders?
A – Yes, you can place multiple orders.
Q – My order says “On Hold”. What does it mean?
A – If you have selected payment by Cheque or Bank Transfer, the system automatically marks the order status as ‘On Hold’ initially. However, an Admin will later change the status to ‘Processing’ after reviewing the order.
Q – If I have any question about the Online Ordering, whom should I contact?
A – Please send an email to: Admin@potluck.westendbuddhist.org with your contact details, and an Admin will attend to your request within 48 hours.
